One Marathon - Three countries - 09.10.2022

The 3-Länder-Marathon is unique. The start takes place on the picturesque island of Lindau. From there it travels to Austria. Through Lochau, on to Bregenz, Hard, Fußach, Höchst, over the Swiss border to St. Margrethen and then back over the Rheindamm to Hard to the finish stadium in Bregenz.

A MARATHON FOR THE EYES

60% of the route leads along Lake Constance. You pass the largest open-air stage in the world, cross reed and forest passages and are finally welcomed enthusiastically in the Casino Stadium in Bregenz.

The marathon event includes a total of 5 runs, with something for every type of runner:
